Pros

- youthful outgoing staff - strong and inspiring female leadership - opportunities to learn new softwares and tools which includes asana, salesforce, mail chimp, wordpress and adobe suite. - some flexibility in work structure i.e. remote work, freedom to condense your work day, and take days off as needed, understanding during emergencies - good vacation but you have to negotiate your own without knowing what the standard is, this has potential for women, non-binary, and BIPOC employees to ask for less, this goes for pay as well for international applicants. - learn a lot about climate and the energy transition - professional development budget and opportunities

Cons

- unclear and inconsistent pathways to promotions - low to middle of the road pay scale and prioritization of organizational growth over investing in current staff and retention - 40-hour workweek - organization works with fossil fuel organizations - not a lot of racial diversity within leadership - the organization has some symptoms of a 'start up' work culture, though, it is near the end of that phase I believe.
