1. Great company culture, especially within the AI Training team 2. Flexible scheduling 3. Job is completely remote

The only con is not getting to know your colleagues, given the remote work environment.

There were no "pros" at this company.

No real benefits, unfair management, extremely poor leadership. The current CEO is extremely unorganized and treats his employees like total trash. Working from home was a mess for this company.
