Pros

- small, close team - ability to move quickly and implement meaningful changes often - allowed to innovate and influence the direction of product - mistakes are accepted as an occasional part of the process, no reason to fear retribution - fully remote with occasional on-site meetings

Cons

- limited resources forces the occasional crunch to meet customer demands - team and customers are spread out over several time zones so your schedule will vary often

Pros

First 3-4 months were good.

Cons

It’s notable that the former “StructuredWeb” Glassdoor presence has not been updated to reflect the “Structured” brand. This is strategic as everyone hired after the last review (years ago) have either been fired or silenced. My experience at the company was consistently discouraging. Performance and results were not always the deciding factor in how employees were treated; strict alignment with executive direction, even when priorities shifted quickly, mattered more. The work environment involved long hours and frequent last minute changes. Deadlines moved often, executive requests could come with little notice (due the next day regardless of workload), and expectations were not consistently paired with the resources or clarity needed to execute well. Work life boundaries were not consistently respected. The culture also felt highly political. When issues arose, accountability could be applied unevenly, and employee reputation could be impacted quickly even when context was still being established. Leadership support did not feel reliable in challenging situations. C-levels would talk poorly of other team members in front of entire teams. The most unpleasant, unprofessional company and culture that I’ve ever experienced. From a customer perspective, commitments outpaced delivery capacity, particularly given limited development bandwidth (basically over-qualified person with barely staff pulled into every direction) . This created recurring pressure on customer facing teams to manage escalations and timelines without sufficient internal support. Overall, I would not recommend this workplace to someone who values stable priorities, consistent leadership support, and sustainable workload expectations.
