Management clearly plays favorites, rewarding a handful of people while ignoring everyone else’s hard work. Instead of leading by example or offering support, they just bark orders and never give constructive feedback. There are no opportunities for raises or career growth, and if you try to voice concerns, they’ll label you as anti-growth or unmotivated.
It’s no wonder so many employees have left recently—there’s been a mass exodus because of the poor leadership, toxic culture, and constant failures.
To make it even worse, their reviews were so bad they had to rebrand and change their name on LinkedIn just to hide the backlash.
Clients and employees are always leaving, and the problems clearly start at the top.
