Structura is a revolving door that is spinning at warp speeds. They will promise you the moon and work you until you drop from mental and physical exhaustion while they plan expensive personal vacations , fishing trips and numerous golf tournaments while living beyond their means; all at the company expense. Don't fall for their lies of promised bonuses and salary increases. Hasn't happened in 8 years! KEEP looking for a real job that values their employees.
