I am a newer employee and coming from a very big corporate construction company where you felt that you were just an employee number, training was subpar and if they found time to get you onboarded - you were lucky. Structure Projects is a breath of fresh air and a completely different experience that I've ever had. I feel blessed to have been given the opportunity to work for this company. At StructSure Projects - they have prepared for you in every step of the way - From onboarding with IT and computer training, HR/paperwork/introductions, to the most amazing corporate trainer who is kind, patient and encouraging this company is a well oiled machine. The leadership here is what sets this company apart from others. The owner is truly a stand-up, genuine guy who not only values quality work but also truly appreciates his employees and it shows in the way the team operates.
