Coming to work is a comfy atmosphere with such wonderful coworkers surrounding you on a day-to-day basis. Our leaders are kind but strong in their actions and choices. With lots of family being part of the family business it feels as though you start to slowly become part of the family as well.

Not many cons to Stroudsmoor, the only con I could think of is its age. But I see that as an opinionated con.
