There was excellent communication within individual departments, as well as between the various departments. People were less interested in finger pointing and more interested in getting things done right. Our clients were our main focus, because they were the ones paying our salary.

Salary was OK, but could have been better, considering the quality of work expected and the amount of overtime worked.

Great benefits and great people. Good base pay. Very good customer support and implementation teams.

Sales Management was a micro-management style that sometimes left a lot to be desired.
