Communication with management is awful, planning of jobs and schedules is absolutely horrendous, management consistently change rules to the detriment of the employees. Some of the long term management are absolute charlatans. As a building compliance service company they have fired previous employees for breach of testing but will fudge results to clients whenever it suits. A complete joke!

We provide annual Performance Development Reviews (PDR) and regular one-to-ones to allow employees to express concerns or improvements regarding their employment, including training requirements. Our company roadshows, and monthly CEO webinars aim to update employees regularly regarding any future business changes, which may affect them. There are also monthly management meetings where information is cascaded down to team members. Our dedicated operations team works closely with engineers to ensure the planning of jobs and scheduling is handled effectively and efficiently. If there are any issues, our Head of Operations is on-hand to deal with any concerns. We employ a Compliance Manager to ensure the development and maintenance of all quality procedures and policies, including health and safety and environmental compliance. would strongly advise anyone considering working here to think twice. My experience with this company was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor management and a lack of basic professionalism. From the outset, there was little to no proper training or support provided. Expectations were unclear, yet employees were still held accountable for mistakes that could have easily been avoided with adequate guidance. Management appeared disorganised and unapproachable, often failing to communicate effectively or provide constructive feedback. More concerning, however, was the workplace culture. There were clear instances of unprofessional behaviour, including favouritism and what felt like targeted treatment of certain staff. Instead of addressing issues or supporting employees, management seemed quick to dismiss or push people out without fair process or explanation. This environment created a toxic atmosphere where employees felt undervalued and insecure in their roles. Over time, this had a noticeable impact on morale and, in my experience, contributed to a significant decline in mental wellbeing. A company’s success depends on how it treats its people, and unfortunately, this is an area where this organisation falls far short. Until there are major changes in leadership, communication, and employee support, I cannot recommend working here.
