Don’t care about employees - Medical Supply Specialist Strive Medical Employee Review

We strongly disagree with this anonymous review. During the COVID pandemic we have been fortunate to stay open as an essential business and haven't laid off one employee due to COVID. We have been both extremely flexible and understanding of those employees who needed to stay home for mandatory virtual learning or who have had to quarantine. Safety is extremely important to Strive and its management. We have been providing PPE as well as hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies to all employees and all locations since the beginning of COVID. All employees are instructed to maintain 6 feet of distancing with all over employees and are required to wear masks when entering the building or moving around within the establishment. All employees temperatures are taking prior to being allowed into the corporate office. We were able to stop a potential COVID outbreak at the corporate office due to sending an employee home who had a fever and later tested positive for COVID. Non-employees are not permitted to enter the office locations. We understand how important our employees' health is because without our employees Strive doesn't succeed and our patients will suffer. Social distancing and proper hygiene is everyone's responsibility. Strive Medical has tenured employees who have been able to advance and excel in their careers. Quite a few of our employees have been employed with Strive since inception and have helped the company grow and evolve over the years. We are proud to say that our employees are happy and see the room for growth and advancement. We appreciate the feedback and wish nothing but the best for you in the future.
