Nepotism reigns supreme. A leader recently brought the company under a BOP hearing because of their complete lack of intelligence and compliance. But, got a slap on the wrist because she's been with the company for a while and is based out of Arizona. Oh, also the CPO is a board member, no conflict of interest there. The company completely botched a massive partnership because of their own ineptitude and is now using it as an excuse to avoid paying the employees who affect the day to day operations and the actual product while continuing to promote and give raises and bonuses to executives that provide nothing of value. Capping employees at 10% for promotions when outside hires are given a 25-30% better range. Basically encouraging people to leave while somehow preaching loyalty.
