      Pros

      they have all the tools to make a career for anyone, but only the old school survive leaving the new school out of a job. Old school are: not customer focused, rude, slow, don't care and wait attitude, non- ENGLISH speaking...........mainly at the Laredo Taco area.

      Insurance, alot of customer interaction.
