Micromanagement is the bane of all agencies, but especially marketing agencies. However, at Strike, this is not the case. The management system is structured in a way to give you peace of mind, allowing you to focus on the tasks you have while being responsible enough to get the job done. You are also able to ask for help should you feel overwhelmed - this alone should be the reason why Strike is second to none.
