Work from home, pre-built curriculum, great coworkers

Micromanagement is out of control. Teaching staff is consistently given extra work with no additional compensation. Teachers who request compensation are later punished for other, more obscure reasons. Students are not held accountable, but the climate is more about blaming teachers for not doing enough.
