Tread carefully - Anonymous employee Streetbees Employee Review

I'm posting this today as they have advertised on LinkedIn about having 30 roles open. As a previous review has said reach out to old or current employees on LinkedIn to get a reference check, I wish I had. Before applying please read the points below carefully: - You will be treated poorly - You will witness others being treated poorly - Dictatorial is the management style - You may be hired for your competencies but will have to fight very hard to be listened to - If you run a team, you will spend 70-80% of your team shielding them from leadership - Work life balance is nonexistent, meetings early morning, late at night and also full days at weekends. There will be no appreciation for this or expectation for it to be mutual e.g. you have a doctor/dentist appointment during normal working hours - HR are trying to make changes but are not given the respect from management or power - Staff turnover is through the roof, multiple recent cases of people leaving within 2 weeks - Clarity on the product road map & business plan are lacking - Lack of transparency with customers on the actual functionality of the product - They are fortunate to be in a healthy business position considering covid19 but instead of protecting their loyal staff they used the opportunity to let a group of people go
