Pros
It's still a relatively small company, but it has the benefit of a number of bright, energetic young people (CEO, 2 fantastic COO's) that are always looking toward the next big idea. They are highly receptive to new ideas and more efficient ways to do things. There is very much a "hive mind" to this company, and if you are entrepreneurial you will thrive there. You have more control over what you do day to day than anywhere else I've worked. The management really cares about you, and are truly there to support you.
Cons
Hard to limit your hours (clients have busy schedules, always have surplus of clients)
Bonus small and hard to achieve
Office work can be tedious
