Pros
I don't believe there's a single good thing to say with the current state of Streamline Studios. Working along side with some of fellow colleagues (Not the upper management, HR and the C level executives) in the production floor are the only good thing before they were layed off or resigned.
Cons
Upper management rarely acknowledges or appreciates employees for good work. Instead, if something goes wrong, the team is often blamed, especially by the CEO. This lack of recognition and frequent criticism makes for a difficult work environment. People on the production floor are already leaving or being let go from the studio. Production is very unstable, largely due to the incompetence of higher-ups and management. Although they consider themselves highly experienced in game development, their actions reveal that they are, in fact, a significant hindrance to the production team. The studio has made some team members lose their passion for making video games. Poor management and a lack of support have created a discouraging work environment. As a result, people who were once excited and inspired are now disheartened and disconnected. The enthusiasm and creativity they once had have been replaced by frustration and disappointment. Just like the other reviews, they don't pay the employee tax, lay offs, delayed payment, etc. I don't need to explain this part as other review already explained this. It took almost two years for the studio to fix the air conditioner in the office. We had to work in a hot environment for all that time. It seems they only had the money to fix it after many people had left the studio. The prolonged neglect not only made the working conditions unbearable but also highlighted a troubling disregard for employee comfort and well-being.
