Pros

Some good colleagues made the days bearable.

Cons

The management's disdainful attitude was evident from day one. The boss seemed intent on inflicting as many unnecessary procedures as possible, which only added to the chaos. Wrongdoings were brushed aside, making it clear that the company valued profit over integrity. Mismanagement was rampant, leaving employees frustrated and undervalued.

Pros

People we worked with were great Good hours and work flow 8-4pm mostly learned a lot by interacting with multiple departments Good Family that owns the company

Cons

Afraid of technology, they want everything on spreadsheets and will no longer upgrade ERP system. Very engineering focused Question the qualifications and direction set by a few upper managers

Pros

You'll get a paycheck, and some co-workers are cool to work with.

Cons

Honestly, working here was like being stuck in a circus that nobody knows how to run. If you’re not part of the family that owns the place, forget about moving up. You’ll just be stuck in the same spot no matter how hard you work. The managers and higher-ups have some of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen, and they’ll brush off any concerns like they don’t even exist. They’re so stuck in the past it’s insane, everything has to be done in spreadsheets, and they refuse to invest in better systems. The whole company revolves around engineering, so if you’re in another department, you’re basically invisible. The most frustrating part was watching unqualified people make decisions while good ideas from the rest of us were completely ignored.
