If u wanna be enslaved to grotesque rules similar to the British east India company then this would be the right place - you will end up working for 10+ hrs with micro managed breaks and constant nagging from unprofessional cheap hires. You will end up making lakhs for the company along with a few peanuts for yourself and weekly alcohol to boost your morale and enslavement. For example SAY YOU EARN THE COMPANY $78000 USD you will probably take 10000 rupees home from all that you make. YES THAT'S how MUCH PROFIT THEY MAKE 99% FOR COMPANY AND 1% FOR YOU IF U ACHIEVE THERE DEMANDS If you believe your a genuine hard worker there are better opportunities. In lay man's terms don't become the golden goose. I have worked for 10months - the company is a year and a half old .. So I know what I'm saying.

Stratnext has been like a dream job to me. It checked off a lot of boxes for me. Pros: - Unlimited PTO - Great CEO who care about their Manager and employees. - Dinner every Night - Smoothie and bagel Tuesdays - Free Yoga - Good benefits, amazing perks. - Able to do fulfilling work and help people find jobs

Pay can be better. Especially with Client Success supporting dedicated Sales Reps. It would be nice if we received a higher bonus or the company can dish out a small bonus of what Sales Reps make.
