Pros
After reading the two salty reviews I have to give perspective. Strateos was former from a merger of two VERY different companies with VERY different perspectives. It's been a rocky road BUT....now that we are almost a year out, here are the amazing things about Strateos. The team that remains is growing and FAST, we are bringing on new folks every other week and are looking to continue to hire. We are hiring talented engineers to replace those who left for their own reasons and have an evolving leadership team who are stepping up to make sure that this company is a success. In the last year, while we've struggled with shenanigans from some salty folks, we have hired a top CEO in the life sciences field who has proven success for taking companies to great heights, a SVP of Engineering who leads thoughtfully and with patience and a San Diego facility site head who is a leader in the biotech/pharma industry. Perks include paid medical, unlimited PTO, daily catered lunch, snacks, commuter benefits, matching 401K, gym reimbursement and a lot more. What's the best perk? You get to work with thoughtful, bright, kind folks who love the company, love what we're doing and have some of the greatest work ethic of any company I've been at.
Cons
It isn't all sunshine and roses. The merger was tough. Cons are dealing with the lingering after effects of merging two companies in multiple locations.
