      Not at all no pros.

      Cons

      Inexperienced bosses, No personal space, dont know the limit where they should stop interfere. Only need their work and expect to be present 24 hrs. they will lick the foot of the client and expect the same from you, and if you disagree on that you are kicked out. Lot of buttering required. HR policies are not uniform, even they are molded as per the convenience of the client. Its a sinking ship. Lot many Cons cant write all, coz it will need a book to publish.

      Dear Colleague, I understand from your review that your experience of working on a project with Strategum has not gone well. I am sorry for your experiences. We do not encourage our colleagues to boot-lick the clients or buttress the HR or any other persons. This is simply not the Strategum Way of working. If such instances were reported we would have initiated severe action against such persons. Our employment terms and conditions are very vocal about this. We will do everything to uphold the self-respect of our colleagues, even if it means losing a client. For us, nothing matters more than a happy team of people. We have worked hard to build the culture at Strategum and would not accept such stray instances to destroy or damage it. Thank you for your feedback and really appreciate this.       Pros

      As a person who wanted to start working after a long gap, I've always wanted to work in an organization that isn't just a workplace but also a place to learn, a place to develop skills, a place that nurtured its workforce. I am glad I found it. It has been an endearing journey of around 10 months and I am looking forward to more.

      Cons

      'All good things to those who wait', this should be the eternal motton of an employee. Organizations and its structure and the policies take time to reflect in its culture. Giving it its due time will make the ride worthwhile.

      Pros

      Strategum is an organisation which strongly believes in values, ethics and culture and that’s the best thing about it. Good work is always encouraged and appreciated here. Perfect place to learn, grow and show your potential. Management is very supportive and they always do the best for their employees. They value human asset.
