The training program falsely advertised multiple contractor placement opportunities when TD Bank was the sole option available. The compensation structure was exploitative: contractors earned $28/hour for identical work that full-time TD employees performed at $70/hour, with Strategio retaining a significant portion of our earnings.
Additionally, TD's poor workforce planning left many technologists, including myself, without assigned work pods for weeks. This mismanagement ultimately resulted in layoffs due to overcontracting.
