Good product, delivery team. Analysts and consultants are top notch, HR people are good. Company is ethical, but starting to lose their way.
Cons
New sales leadership is a mix of inexperience and incompetence. Western sales leader is all talk and no action. Very good at using trite phrases with no substance. Salespeople have only a few months per year in which to attain their 12 month new net rev quota. Major disconnect between accounting/CFO and sales/delivery. They find ways to discount bonuses. Their desire to grow fast has caused them to stub their toe and drive people away. A once loyal company now shows very different colors. Bad decision after bad decision. I've seen many companies make the same mistake. Need cash desperately likely due to exigence from prev owner. Bad situation...
