Pros
There are some good, smart people in the trenches who genuinely try to help do their job and anyone else's they can.
Cons
This is a company that loves planning. Plans to convert to .NET. Meetings to plan to convert to .NET. Meetings to plan the code name for the plan to convert to .NET. Execution, not so much. The owner consistently gets in the way of his own success with a do-nothing-until-it's-perfect attitude. With stagnant pay and essentially no career development to speak of, not to mention the loud and angry outbursts/threats by the owner at the drop of a hat, it was an unpleasant experience that did little but temper my patience with the corporate mindset.
