      Easy to get the position working in education at the moment due to covid. Usually would be difficult to get a foot in the door. Super easy position to land especially if you have a degree.

      Lack of managerial oversite lots of time alone no outside direction

      good first time experience. Management truly takes you under their wing and shows you the ropes.
