Great Company - Intelligence Analyst Strategic Analysis Employee Review

Thank you for this feedback and we will investigate these for improvements. We take pride in our ability to gather and receive feedback from employees and then act. We received similar feedback from our internal employee survey last year about the need to better communicate how career progression occurs at SA including promotions. As a result, we put in place a one-stop shop that consolidated and documented information about managing your career at SA into a single location for easy access. We then identified supervisor training that will help supervisors help employees identify and progress down their respective career paths. We hope these initiatives will lead to additional discussions with employees like you on how SA can improve our support of the career aspirations of our employees.
