Brags about culture all over their social media, but the whole superficial culture conceals the toxicity within the teams
extremely late with stipend disbursal (was supposed to be released 2 weeks later the completion, but they only disbursed it after getting behind them continuously and a month after the said date)
No KT provided and the expectations of getting the task right in one go without any training
internal politics and favourism
No active efforts made for inclusivity by the HR or the colleagues for the new joinees and the interns (it becomes a little harder because intern is not fixed with a single team and is sent with different teams working for different clients)
