I wish working here had been a more positive experience for you, and that you had brought your concerns to us directly. We don’t put anything false on here. The vast majority here are proud of our culture and values, and actively recruit people into their teams. We are celebrating the ten year anniversary for one employee in October, and another in June. Excluding Principals and those here under twelve months, we have an average tenure of over five years. With this retention rate, we are not surprised by positive reviews.
