Pros
Some co-workers were great, albeit the good ones always left - I wonder why?
Cons
Utterly toxic environment of back-stabbing and micro management, mainly due to horrendous leadership and no "team leader" knowing what they are doing. Highly unethical work practices from the very top down, which is very well known in the industry. A lot of bullying is allowed to take place, and customers have left in their droves over the past few years as well as the best staff members.
