Extremely down to earth and relaxed atmosphere within the company, it's extremely easy to talk to anyone, including C level executives. The company as a whole is inclusive to the culture values everyone promotes and shares. There is a strong importance placed on the mental health of the employee, unlike most American startups that can struggle to balance work and off time. Strapi has no such problem, a healthy employee takes precedence over the work achieved in a day. Entirely remote-first company, there is no requirement to go into the office for any employee. And they provide a generous yearly budget to provide home office equipment to those who need it.
