Pros
- Brand name gives good exposure - Your educational background will not matter here and you can be hired as long as you have a flair for writing well - The job provides for an excellent learning experience
Cons
- Opinions and opinionated people are not encouraged - Creativity is limited - New ideas are often discouraged - Adhering to clock-in time is a must but clock-out time is disregarded - 6 days work in a week, with no good management and division of work during holidays - Attempts to contact the company are not entertained and mostly ignored - Lack of communication between founders (who are the bosses) and employees - Boundaries between professional and personal life are often crossed - All in all not a very healthy and ripe environment to work in unless you are looking for just exposure as a writer
