Management is great and the work environment.

Travel can be a bit much.

Remote work and benefits are on par with industry.

Training staff will hold a grudge against you for asking someone else for help. High turnover rate due to lack of management, everything is done via committee. If you don't get along with key people they will find a reason to cut you and if they do it will be without a reason. If you express concerns about any aspect of training management will not take that into consideration of performance. Work life balance is non existent. Bottom line don't waste your time here.
