Mission and technology can be interesting

Toxic work atmosphere and people. Constant pressure, overtime is the norm. Work schedule is also very rigid, such as the overall mentality. Do not expect flexibility or fulfillment there. Blame game is also part of their DNA. Also, borderline on the ethnical point of view : every worker that does not come from or Live in France will be deemed not trustworthy.

Colleagues are open, friendly and funny. Management was more reserved. I got my hands on two real IT projects but also did things like "arrange the shelf". Well, i can not complain really. Working as student is OK. :-)

The Management has not taken IT seriously enough or handled it poorly. The result was that many IT projects were canceled, frozen, or postponed. Many meetings took place, but too little was done. People will leave if this type of management continues. After I left, the situation started to change. I hope they are going in the right direction now.
