Approach to human capital - not seen as the most important resource. Internal governance structure is nonexistent making workflows and projects complicated, messy and poorly executed. Poor incentive structures compared to peers - bonus is not something they believe in, but believe it can be compensated by soft benefits and a pat on the back. Asset management impose decisions on funds at expense of and even irrelevant to client interest.
