On your comment about "Difficulty navigating equitable arrangements with leadership", I'd love to explore that further.
As the person who oversees the Sales team, I welcome ideas to do better, especially if it feels obvious to others but not to me.
For what it's worth, our SDR compensation plan is one of the most aggressive in SaaS, with an average of $200 per meeting, a truly achievable monthly quota, and 2% commission on all Closed Won deals.
