      Nice story, making beautiful claims

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership with no grip on technology, sales and innovation. Top down approach, hiring focused on nationality and location, not experience and skills. Incompetent to rude, unresponsive support functions like HR. A lot of talk about safety, but a total disregard for the actual people in a toxic culture of lies.

      Communication and transparency are great. Expectations are clearly outlined, and your opinion for improving processes is valued.

      Cons

      Some coworkers may be too laid back, but I would contribute that to the overall flexible, friendly nature of the workplace, so not really a bad thing.
