      they used to have a good work-life balance, not anymore

      Cons

      no trainings or clear career path management is only interested in micromanagement and RTO survey results showed low satisfaction with management, they didn't change anything poor projects

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
