They generally respect the work life balance and if you're looking for a job without needing growth, then this is the type of place where you can play the same role for the rest of your career.
Cons
If you're young and looking to grow, this isn't the place for you. Additionally, it seems to be very hierarchical. You need to play the role you are dealt without expecting much in terms of appreciation from management.
