Pros
The partners truly invest in their employees and are interested in their development and long term growth. Many companies "talk" the work/life balance but this is a firm that "walks" it every day The Partners have a high level of integrity and are willing to hear views of all levels of the organization The firm hosts some fantastic meetings twice a year in great locations we all go to - I will miss them most of all!
Cons
The type of work is not always conducive to work life balance and employees don't get a chance to "opt out" of jobs that make this more difficult at times
