      Pros

      Look how the management trying soooooo hard to defend themselves. Is it so hard to admit that something seriously has gone bad and you need to focus and fix it?

      Cons

      Read the comments. I can’t say it is all true but it is mostly what I have experienced by myself too. No right tools and working conditions to do the job and no healthy working culture.
