Slow progression need more training people

There used several but the new management has started blaming their incompetence on the hardest working operators on the floor to cover up their inexperience. So if your a slacker or a yes man who likes verbal abuse then this is your place. The only pro is a unique one. You have the ability to meet some amazing operators from Stoba in Germany. Its cool to be able to make friends with machinist from the other side of the world. I made some lifelong friendships while employed there.

This company is in a race to the bottom of the pile in Charleston. If they make it another year I would be shocked. All the good employees have one foot out of the door. If your not a German Citizen expect to be treated like "the help". You are not even allowed to use the front door if you are an American. The German employees are allowed to do and act how they like and speak an treat the American employees like trash. There are some absolutely amazing German workers who come from Germany to help train and work with the Americans but the German management is a completely different story.
