      Need to provide more develop past the orientation period. We have some new managers. They are doing a good job, but they need more training.

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
