Pros
Pay is more than fair, the work itself is easy with detailed instructions to follow for every process even after training, a pretty safe environment with an active push for more safety.
Cons
Some seem to get away with a lot more than others with not nearly enough accountability to disregard procedures at times, some feel more comfortable than they should with pushing work off on others.
