Pros
Sterling partners took over this London based accountancy firm - I have worked for the firm in total over 13 years, I know most clients very well - I perform all tasks of accounting and tax- we have another - we have another branch 200 miles away in Manchester. I am very close with most employees here and clients.
Cons
The firm is quite small, little chance for promotion, I have worked here a long time- would like a change to a bigger firm/ business. I have also worked in London most of my life, and I would like some adventure and to try somewhere different.
