Boilerroom Environment - Anonymous employee Sterling Engineering Employee Review

This is work environment from the 70's. Everyone 2 feet apart pounding the phones trying to get anyone to fill jobs. Leadership has it favorites and is extremely unprofessional, some that should have retired years ago. She likes to brag how she did it early 90s and couldn't cut it today. They send emails and hound contracted employees and contacts to vote in Best employers awards. If they don't vote they call back the next day and over and over. I'd avoid this place unless you are desperate.
