      Great place to work after post-secondary to gain experience. Lots of opportunities for growth and training.

      Great place to start gaining experience, but most people leave because of the wages.

      Pros

      The understanding of the higher ups, and the compassion they show. AND the fact that you could reach out to the Former CEO directly and have a normal conversation with them.

      Cons

      Some management cant seem to get a handle on some rowdy, rude, and disruptive employees, and it makes it seem like favoritism.
