Pros
Great way to get your foot in the door in a very competitive and technical industry. Decent benefits. Get to keep travel rewards.
Cons
Pay is way under industry standard. Given minimal training and expected to train yourself further on your own time. Travel is a lot more than you are told about up front and you are told that you need to be adaptable. Minimal to zero opportunity for growth. Middle management lacks communication. The only update that their products have had in the past 10 years is pretty much just a face life that does not add mush in terms of benefits to customers. Next to nothing in the pipeline.
