My time at Stepwest was a fun and engaging, work environment where colleagues were always there to help. This made the workplace truly enjoyable. Also, the company fostered a fun and engaging work environment, with continuous engagement through team-building activities and social events. I really enjoyed the creative freedom I had, which not only encouraged me to think outside the box but also facilitated the improvement of my skills, something at this stage of my career, I greatly appreciate. It was demanding for moments but I truly enjoyed working there.

Nothing comes to mind, my experience was great but probably there is room for improvement like in any other workplace.
