SLP - Anonymous employee Steps to Success Employee Review

I feel strongly that Steps to Success is a rare opportunity to do worthwhile work and see the fruits of those efforts almost immediately. Youth work can be difficult, and often youth workers experience a lack of funding and structural support. That is not STS.

The pay for part time was very fair, and they also compensate for prep time!
