Start-up culture, you could literally slack the CEO if you wanted to and he’d respond
Company culture in general was fantastic

Rapid changes (as are typical at start-ups)
Not an exciting product to sell
Need better training on the market for SDRs, they did not train well on the products their product integrated with making conversations with prospects fraught
No real room for growth- no clear career pathing
